1.1 PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS

We accept the following payment methods: DOMESTIC ORDERS(PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express, Amazon).

1.2 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 48-72 business hours of placing your order before being shipped. With high demand items, your order may be backordered or delayed. You will be notified if there are anticipated delays. When placing your order, it is important to submit accurate shipping information. We will ship to the address provided and will not be liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information. We will only ship to matching billing and shipping addresses and will not ship to P.O. Boxes. When using PayPal we will only ship to "confirmed" addresses.

1.3 SHIPPING POLICY
US and International Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping speed and cart weight. Free shipping options apply as advertised in the website
2. RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Purchases made on the Zippy Zwagger sites or at any of our partner locations may be returned by the customer for any reason within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not offer a refund or exchange but in extreme circumstances please reach out to support@zippyzwagger.com and someone will try to help you.

Returns of online purchases can be initiated by clicking here and entering in all required information. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment, within 5 business days. $15 handling & processing fee will be deducted from all returns requesting a refund. No fee is charged if an item is exchanged. Extra shipping costs will be deducted from the refund for any exchanges.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged
